Free program to improve your mental well-being
If you are 18 or over and live, work or study in the Kingston or Cardinia shires, you can take advantage of the My Way to Well-being program from Better Place Australia. (Those in SEMPHN catchment region may also be considered). It is a FREE program to improve your mental well-being and runs for six weeks in a group format online. There are limited numbers in the group.
Our first priority should be our well-being, and the well-being of loved ones. With this program, you will learn proven strategies and skills to manage your mental health and enrich your emotional well-being. It will also equip you to recognise when your loved ones are not travelling well. With your newly learnt strategies, you may be able to assist them on their journey as well.
The program is facilitated by mental health professionals in a safe space where participants can find out what works best for them and put that into practice in their daily lives.

How long are the sessions?
There are six sessions, one per week, each going for two hours.
How to attend the sessions
The program is held online via Zoom. You will need to join them from a safe and private space, with a camera on so you are visible to the group. We are unable to include participants who are driving or caring for children at the same time.
